Maple Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Cozy fall nights call for cozy fall food, and this Maple Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apples is just the ticket! It’s warming and filling, sweet and savory, delicious and healthy. Even better, it’s a cinch to make. It all comes together in 1 pan…who doesn’t love that? I season the pork, brown it, toss the apples in, and then pop it in the oven. Voila, that’s pretty much it. And it’s a big hit with kids. They can even help chop the apples if they’re old enough. I serve it with mashed sweet potatoes and it’s cheers all around. If you give it a try, I’d love to know what you think!
